Privacy policy.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
The short version: we collect what you put in your application, we use it to make your match, we show partners only what they need, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
The information you enter in the intern or partner application — your name, contact details, education, skills, interests, and your answers to our questions. Our hosting provider also records basic technical data, like server logs and performance metrics.
How we use it
We use your information to review and score applications, match applicants with partner organizations, contact you about your application, and run the program. Nothing else.
Who can see it
Distillery Labs staff, and partner organizations being considered as a match for you — and partners only see the details relevant to the match. We never sell personal information, and we never share it for third-party marketing.
Where it lives
The application is hosted on Vercel, data is stored with Supabase, and transactional email is sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf to keep the program running.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to run the program. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email info@distillerylabs.org to access, correct, or delete your data. A real person reads that inbox.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the program evolves. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
